New Outdoor Column to be Featured on Children and Nature Saratoga Website

Saratoga Springs, NY Children and Nature Saratoga is pleased to announce that it will now feature regular column by outdoor writer and Saratoga Springs resident Jon Wurtmann.  Titled “In The Hazel Wood,” this column will reflect on outdoor trips and activities with children as well as instruct and advise on how to create your own outdoor family adventures.  His column will appear on the Children and Nature Saratoga website, http://childrenandnaturesaratoga.org/

Wurtmann is a widely published writer who also runs a marketing agency in town.  His writing has appeared in the Times Union, the Saratogian, Saratoga Living, Skidmore Scope, Sustainable Development Today, Fly Fish America, California Fly Fisher, Saltwater Sportsman, Southwest Fly Fishing, Art of Angling Journal, and many others.  His stories have also been included in Friends on the Water: Fly Fishing in Good Company, published by Stewart, Tabori & Chang.
